Specialising in large scale multi-unit installations and drawing on experience gathered from working on many of the UK’s landmark schemes, ProcureLiving has created a unique model to provide exciting, practical and sustainable furnishings to enhance the resident experience.

Andrew Clark
Managing Director
Andrew has worked with Europe’s investors and developers since 1998, having provided interiors for more than 40,000 Private Rented Sector (PRS) and BTR apartments.
As an early pioneer of PRS interiors, Andrew is responsible for today’s high tenant, or customer, demand for better quality design. He is committed to driving out the ‘old school’ landlord approach, in favour of supporting ethical landlords striving to provide the best service to their customers.
Previously, Andrew led the provision of all interiors at East Village (Get Living) by Qatari Diar and Delancy to deliver award-winning outcomes on the UK’s largest BTR development. Andrew went on to support Essential Living, backed by M3 Capital, where he collaborated closely with their teams to provide full interior design for their three flagship developments, all of which subsequently won several design awards.
Andrew’s mission is simple: to provide great design to the majority, not just the traditional minority who can usually afford it.

Chris Martin
Director
Chris’s property career began in 2001, as a partner in the launch and ongoing management of a successful independent agent in Canary Wharf. This gave Chris insight into the commitment of overseas landlords to thoughtful, high-quality design with a genuine appeal to the target market.
Having collaborated on projects since 2002, Chris and Andrew have worked together directly since 2009. During this time Chris has shared his specialist advice on design, operations and furnishing requirements throughout the institutional PRS and BTR sectors.
In the early days of the UK BTR market, Chris worked with Fizzy Living, Get Living, Realstar Group and Long Harbour, before going on to lead solutions for Quintain, Greystar (PGIM) and Manhattan Loft Gardens.
Prior to joining Andrew and Dan at Clark Design Group, Chris spent 2 and a half years heading up the property portfolio for a renowned co-living provider, bringing him into close collaboration with many of London’s top BTR Landlords.
Chris’s passion is promoting quality design to maximise each property’s yield and operational success.

Dan Jackson
Director
Dan has successfully delivered projects for multiple BTR/ PRS providers, from funds and developers to managing agents. His expertise has ensured that large-scale interior designs and project deliveries are aligned with tenant demographics, project timelines and product longevity.
As a key component of ProcureLiving’s disruptive model, Dan recognises the importance of technology in driving sustainability and efficiency. He has spearheaded investment in and implementation of leading technologies across ProcureLiving, from cost benchmarking to automated project management.
Dan has consulted and successfully delivered projects previously for Patrizia, Amro Living and Renaker to deliver award-winning designs and products within the Northern and Midland regions of the UK.
