Corporate Social Responsibility

Our impact on the world in which we live has never been more important. At ProcureLiving, we are committed to minimising this impact wherever possible. By combining our procurement model with traditional furnishing services, we can provide greater clarity on the direct and indirect supply chains involved in the manufacture and transport of our furniture. This visible audit trail allows the landlord to make truly informed decisions about the sustainability of their projects.

‘Sustainability’ is a term that is used loosely in the furnishing industry, with claims often unsupported by data. At ProcureLiving we audit the wider supply chain, grading manufacturers and suppliers against best practices, to ensure that our clients’ decisions are guided towards the best and most ethical practices.

It is crucial that manufactured goods are sustainability-assured in granular detail, including not only the product composition but the entire supply chain. Doing this enables us to advise on the actual carbon footprint of a project and its lifespan, rather than just the product itself. We recognise that our approach is not perfect, but use our continuous improvement strategy and bi-annual audits to ensure we are always engaged with the latest sustainability practices. We will work with our partners to create future-proof processes that protect the environment and improve the industry.
