01 Consultation

Each project is approached afresh, as we begin by establishing its unique requirements and the varying priorities of its stakeholders. Every project has its challenges, and we will address these with solutions based on our longstanding experience of best practice, gathered over many years of working in the field.

02 Research

We then conduct independent research on the project location to understand how we can best serve the needs of the target demographic. By maximising desirability, we can associate the space with increased returns for the investor.

03 Concept

To indicate styles and concepts for the building, we present a selection of moodboards and suggested inventories to our client, alongside some indicative budgets.

04 Spatial Planning

A property’s layout, including communal areas, is fundamental to maximising its usability and desirability. Our specialist teams will plan how to make the spaces flexible whilst accommodating the correct quantity and size of furnishings, whether fixed or loose.

05 Detailed Proposal

A full list of all suggested items and quantities will be presented alongside a detailed cost analysis and project plan, including estimated completion dates and milestones.

06 Procurement

To account for product lead times and minimise warehousing costs, we implement a full procurement schedule. As part of this, we offer weekly updates detailing each item’s status and estimated delivery dates to our client to ensure they are kept well-informed of developments.

07 Receipt of Goods

Our dedicated logistics partner will receive all furniture items into their warehouse and quality-check the items, before labelling and tracking them ahead of delivery.

08 Delivery & Installation

White glove delivery teams will work to a pre-agreed schedule to deliver and install all furnishings and fittings as required. All packaging and rubbish is removed and recycled where possible, leaving the properties ready to welcome residents.
